Modes of Payment
We accept payments for all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay).
Alternative payment methods such as, PayNow, GrabPay, FavePay, as well as BNPL are also available.
Order Confirmation
Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an automated email with the details of your order. All processed orders are final and are non-refundable.
For Pre-Order/Back-Order Items – Strictly No Change Of Items/Cancellation Allowed.
We accept orders for delivery up till a year from the date of purchase.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Delivery
- Delivery lead time varies for each product.
For MaxCoil Products, We will be able to fulfill the order within 7 Days.
For Sofzsleep Products, We will be able to fulfill the order within 3 Working Days.
For Products listed as Pre-Order or Back-Order, the ETA will be reflected on the page and we will strive to achieve the earliest possible delivery subjected to shipment/freight arrangements. - For Orders that cannot be fulfilled within the said time frame, We will contact you within 24 Hours to reschedule the delivery slot.
- You may indicate your preferred delivery date and timing and it will be accommodated whenever possible.
- Delivery timing will be confirmed 1 working day prior to the delivery date via the contact number provided.
- All deliveries from Monday to Saturday will be free (excluding remote and restricted locations.)
- An additional $10 delivery fee will be incurred for deliveries to Sentosa.
- No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery is only within Singapore except restricted locations such as prisons, shipyards, military bases, airport zone, Jurong Island.
- Additional charges applies if the product is unable to fit in the lift for (HDB/Condo) and required to deliver via Stairs.
- The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased items can fit in the room or location of choice and can be delivered through all internal and external points, lift access and all doorway measurements. External access from the loading bay or carpark to the delivery area must be clear and accessible without blockage while the internal area where the furniture will be placed must also be clear and accessible for the placement of the furniture.
Extra charges may be incurred (and borne by the customer) should amendments or customization be required when the mattress or bed are unable to fit into the lift/door/stairs.
In event that the accessibility causes a delivery to be unsuccessful, no refunds will be allowed.
- Please be advised to inspect the product carefully for defects and inform our delivery team forthwith of any defects found. Upon signing the delivery note, the delivered product is deemed to be received in perfect condition by the customer. Any defects or problems thereafter will be dealt with under the terms of warranty.
- In the unfortunate event that there is any accidental damage to your property (e.g. floor, walls, ceiling etc) during delivery, we will first assess if the damage is caused directly by our delivery team in the process of the assembly. As a follow up, we will assist to touch up the damage (if deemed possible) on a best efforts basis. To ensure fairness, please note that any claims to such damages must be made in presence of and before the logistic personnel leave the premises.
- In the event whereby a second trip is necessary in the case of the customer not keeping with the delivery appointment, a surcharge of $100.00 will be imposed for the additional delivery.
- For Purchase Below $300, Self Collection Available @ Tuas Warehouse
For Delivery & Assembly – $50 Surcharge Will Be Collected Upon Delivery. - For any delivery issues, please ring up our outlet.
Installation & Assembly
We provide free installation/assembly for the items purchased*. As most items will be assembled onsite, Please allow for sufficient space for the assembly works and space for the items. (*Unless Otherwise Stated on the Product Page)
Should there be no reasonable amount of space given at the point of assembly, additional charges of up to $100 will apply for additional labour. We need a clearance space of around 20cm for our team to enter.
Furniture disposals, removal, moving of furnitures at the customer’s home from point to point, reassembly and dismantling are subject to additional charges. Please notify prior to delivery.
We DO NOT provide wall mounting services, drilling to concrete wall or any electrical related works (such as light installation). Please arrange your own electrician or handyman if required.
Disclaimer
Most of the products are sourced from reputable factories located overseas. Unisprings Kids Pte Ltd neither operate factories nor logistic firm and therefore do not have direct control over the manufacturing and shipping process.
For hand-painted & hand-made children’s furniture or bulky wood furniture (such as Bunk Bed, Cabin Beds etc), please note that minor scratches, paint marks and paint irregularities are common signs that could be found on hand-made items. Please pardon these signs in the event you face them in your purchase. In the case of beds and wardrobes (minor chips might occur during the shipping process).
For items that are not in stock, delivery estimates are made on our best possible forecasts, and maybe subjected to additional delays due to manufacturing and/or shipping limitations.
Warranty
For MaxCoil & Sofzsleep products – Warranty is covered by the respective manufacturers and the warranty coverage can be found on their website.
Little Kingdom & Boori (AUS) Mattresses carry a 5 year limited warranty period limited to 1 owner and the original delivery address.
For the first year upon the date of delivery, Little Kingdom will at its option, replace or repair the mattress, due to manufacturing defects, at no charge (excluding transportation charge $50).
After the first year upon the date of delivery, cost of any replacement or repair of Little Kingdom mattress, will be calculated by the total number of years owned multiplied by 1/5th of the prevailing list price, plus transportation charge.
If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, Little Kingdom reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing or original piece.
(This warranty does not apply to and excludes):
Normal Body impressions of 38mm (1.5 inch) or less.
[Note: Body impressions are a normal phenomenon of premium bedding and indicate that the comfort layers are conforming to your body. Impressions of 38mm (1.5 inch) or less on the mattress in all sleeping areas are quite possible and not considered a manufacturing defect.]
Firmness or comfort preference of the product.
Mattress, that is soiled, burnt or has received obvious abuse or improper care, such as mattress with inadequate support from a weak, mismatching size boxspring or an improper bed frame.
Mattress size that is within the tolerance level of ±2cm in width and length.
Mattress height/ weight
Cover (fabric), bent border / grid wires
Bending, standing or jumping on the mattress.
Handles. Mattress handles are designed for mattress positioning only. Never use the mattress handles to support the weight of the mattress.
Product that is stained, soiled or infested with vermin even if defective.
Dust mites and bed bugs.
Product shipped out of Singapore.
Damage from improper storage, handling or transportation.
Product sold for commercial use.
Merchandise sold “as-in”, “distressed” or floor model”.
Transportation, inspection or removal cost of product.
Dissatisfaction with the mattress including, but not limited to: Heat / Back Aches/ Rashes.
Unless otherwise indicated, all assembled bed frames come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Boori Bed Frames come with a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable and extended only to the original purchaser and his/her delivery address. We will honour only 1 delivery address. The purchase invoice will serve as the proof of Warranty.
This warranty covers the structure of the product – damage to frames caused by warp or breakage, split and crack of the frame or panel, breakages or crack on the slats or base.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lost/misplaced screws, accidental or intentional physical damages to frames (such as cuts, chipping, denting, scratching), damage resulting from impact/abuse/excessive force (such as jumping)/soiling/exceeding weight limit), pest infestations or items bought from AS-IS.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
This warranty does not apply if products has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment.
This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
Please note for Wooden Frames: Due to the nature of Solid Wood such as pine wood, there will be imperfect wood pieces, hairline cracks, visible wood grains like eyes and irregular grains throughout the bed. This does not constitute a defect, the same will be visible in our Showroom display.
Please note that any reported defects will be subject to review, and Unisprings Kids reserves the right to refute any claims and services provided for items perceived to be defective.
To report a defective product , please provide your invoice number, as well as photos and/or videos of the defects and details of the defects claimed.
Unisprings Kids reserves the right to impose servicing charges for item which require servicing/repairs/replacement and prevailing transportation fees.
All warranty claims deteremined by Unisprings Kids Customer Service to be valid – Unisprings Kids will, at its option: Repair or Replace the product/loose part/damaged part. In the event that a replacement part is not in stock, additional waiting time for replacement part to arrive will be required.
Liability
Unisprings Kids shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever that may occur through the misuse, alternation or faulty assembly of any of its products.
Our warranty shall only apply to a Product that is used in the manner it was intended for. Where a Product is not used for its intended purpose, our said warranty for the Product will be voided and we will not accept any liability for any damages to the Product.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in acoordance with the law of Singapore. Any aspects not covered by these T&C are subject to the law of Singapore.
